Troubleshooting Guide
Machine Will Not Start: Check power input, breakers, or faulty switch.
Torch Will Not Ignite: Check air pressure, consumables, and ground clamp.
Arc Starts But Cuts Poorly: Reduce speed, increase amps, use dry air.
Excessive Dross: Adjust speed, air pressure, and replace worn consumables.
Overheating: Respect duty cycle, clear vents, reduce amperage.
Air Flow But No Arc: Check trigger switch, torch latch, and board issues.
