Troubleshooting Guide
Abnormal noise: Check for cylinder friction marks or internal obstructions and apply lubricating oil if necessary.
Motor does not turn and lift does not rise: Inspect wiring connections, check for bad contacts, and verify the limit switch connection.
Motor runs but lift does not rise: Inspect motor rotation direction, hydraulic oil level, gear pump condition, and suction pipe tightness.
Slow unloading after lifting: Check oil cylinder seals, overflow valve condition, and ensure the steel cable is properly adjusted.
Slow lifting: Ensure proper hydraulic oil levels, remove air from the system, and inspect cylinder lubrication.
Slow lowering: Inspect throttle valve and ensure hydraulic oil is clean and free of obstructions.
Rough cable edge: Replace steel cable if damage occurred due to lack of lubrication during installation.
